To add further, we specialize in the following in the rubber lining field :
- White rubber which is designed for a very high abrasion resistance. It has the property of discoloration and has a high resistance power against acid and alkali. It is specially aligned for the titanium plant sand mill.
- Calcium, magnesium, zinc free rubber and ebonite (black diamond) which are designed with a very fine and smooth surface. It has a very high resistance against acid and alkali. It is very highly suitable for the caustic chloro alkali plants.
- Special ebonite is a mixture of natural and synthetic rubber. It has a marvelous resistance against acids and alkali and is intensely suitable for the pulp and rayon plant.
- Neoprene hard is a compound which has a major resistance level against abrasion and chemicals. It is specially developed for the MSFE plants.
- Arul's special super ebonite is the hardest compound in synthetic rubber and has a high chemical resistance. It has a fine and smooth surface which can withstand complete vacuum. Note that it is developed for tube holder plates and is very good for live steam.
